Schwartz Business School Research Internship Awards

Gerald Schwartz School of Business Research Internship Awards

The Gerald Schwartz School of Business Research Internship Awards provide funding for StFX BBA students to carry out a business-related research project under the supervision of a full time faculty member. All awards are valued at $8,000 and provide funding for full time research employment over 14 weeks (May-August). Students in the StFX BBA program are eligible to apply for the award. Students must be full-time at the time of application and be returning to full-time studies in the StFX BBA program in the fall. Students must propose research that aligns with a business area, such as:

  • Accounting
  • Enterprise Systems
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Finance
  • International Business
  • Management and Leadership
  • Marketing

The project does not have to be connected to a supervisor’s own research program.

The application deadline each year is NOON February 7 (when this date falls on a weekend or holiday, applications are due at NOON the next business day), using the ROMEO Researcher Portal. Please visit the Research Opportunities for Undergraduate Students page for more details and instructions.
