
Monique Walsh
Dr. Walsh is a scholar-practitioner and certified facilitator working in healthcare leadership. She has held senior-level positions across multiple healthcare organizations supporting teams to strategically navigate complex challenges through engagement, research, and facilitation. Her work intentionally connects action, people, research, and resources for healthcare system transformation.
Her research interest is at the intersection of adult education and health, including learning in the workplace; the process of co-creation; comprehensive healthcare service planning and policy; network development; and collaboration.
Monique holds a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies (University of British Columbia, 2024), where her research focused on how we learn and collaborate in healthcare workplaces; a Master of Adult Education (Saint Francis Xavier University, 2014), with a focus on workplace learning and culture; and a Bachelor of Arts (Simon Fraser University, 2006) in Political Science.
