Teri Emrich
Dr. Teri Emrich has a BScHNU from St Francis Xavier University and holds a Masters of Public Health in Community Nutrition from the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health. During her Masters program Dr. Emrich also completed the supervised practical training required to become a Registered Dietitian, and is registered with the New Brunswick Association of Dietitians. Dr. Emrich completed her PhD in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Toronto with the Food and Nutrition Policy for Population Health Research Group, as well as completed CIHR training fellowships in Population Intervention for Chronic Disease Prevention, and Public Health Policy.
Dr. Emrich’s areas of expertise include nutritional sciences, population health and health equity, public health policy, surveillance, monitoring and evaluation, and dietetic and public health practice.
