Emma Williams, a newly minted StFX Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate from Breadalbane, NB, has won the cost of her X-Ring.

Ms. Williams won the prize by participating in an annual StFX survey for senior students that gauges student satisfaction and experience. The survey is administered by the Academic Vice-President and Provost’s office and the Office of Institutional Analysis. It collects data on all aspects of the student experience from academics to extracurriculars from a senior student perspective. Participants are eligible for a prize draw to win the cost of their X-Ring.

Emma Williams says her X-Ring represents all the hard work, dedication, and personal growth she's experienced during her time at StFX.

“I truly enjoyed my time at St. Francis Xavier University,” Ms. Williams says. “The close-knit environment of the community and university made it easy to form meaningful connections with both peers and professors.”

Ms. Williams says her experiences at StFX not only prepared her for her career as a registered nurse but also created many memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.

“I’m excited to have received my X-Ring because it represents all the hard work, dedication, and personal growth I’ve experienced during my time at StFX. Wearing it connects me to a proud tradition and a community of alumni who share the same values of leadership, service, and excellence,” she says.

“Receiving my X-Ring is a moment I’ve looked forward to for years, and it makes me proud to be part of something so meaningful.”
