Complete Challenges
StFX Trivia Challenge
How to participate: Answer StFX trivia questions featured in MyCampus Today videos. Send your answer to @email. Each correct answer counts as a weekly & grand prize draw entry.
Weekly prizes = Starbucks cards!!
Home Screen Challenge
How to participate: Add a MyCampus shortcut to your phone’s home screen. If you prefer accessing MyCampus on a computer, add it as a browser shortcut.

Campus Photo Challenge
How to participate: Take a photo on campus and submit it to the StFX Web Team using the submission form below. Optional: share it on social media with the hashtag #MyCampusChallenge and tag StFX.
- A favourite campus scene or location
- A campus event (if the photo includes people, make sure you have permission to post)
- Where you hang out on campus: academic building, office, library, residence, meal hall, etc.
Selfie Challenge
How to participate: Take a selfie on campus and upload it to the submission form. Optional: share it on social media with the hashtag #MyCampusChallenge and tag StFX.
Group Photo Challenge
How to participate: Take a group photo on campus and upload it to the submission form. Optional: share it on social media with the hashtag #MyCampusChallenge and tag StFX.
🏫 Residence Option: Submit a group photo for your residence.
Residence Spirit Challenge
How to participate: Decorate your lounge, snap a photo, and upload it to the submission form. Featured lounges will appear on MyCampus Today, and the campus community will vote for their favourite. Prize TBD!

What is MyCampus?
MyCampus is your go-to hub for StFX events, announcements, news, and helpful links. Visit StFX.ca/MyCampus to see what’s happening today and find out what’s coming up. StFX faculty and staff can post events and annoucnements to MyCampus (learn how below).
What is MyCampus Today?
MyCampus Today is a daily video roundup of campus events and updates, posted weekday mornings on StFX.ca/MyCampus.
Daily videos include:
- Campus Announcements – Key updates for the campus community.
- Upcoming Events – Find out what's happening around StFX.
- Community Highlights – Celebrate achievements and milestones.
How do I promote my events on MyCampus?
If you have a StFX faculty or staff email account, you can post content to MyCampus using the "Add an Announcement" and "Add an Event" buttons when logged in with your StFX/Microsoft credentials.
First time posting an announcement or event? Find instructions and tutorial videos here.
Are you a student looking to promote an event on MyCampus? Email @email.
Want your event mentioned in MyCampus Today? Daily videos are posted to MyCampus on weekdays before 9am. To ensure your event is mentioned, please have it posted to MyCampus by 3pm the day before you wish to see it promoted.
Will MyCampus replace campus-wide emails?
Not completely. The goal is for MyCampus to become the main place people go for updates, which should reduce the need for campus‑wide emails over time. But don’t worry—important emails will still be sent when needed.

How to Add MyCampus to your Home Screen or Page
iPhone
- Open StFX.ca/MyCampus on Safari
- Tap the “Share” icon (square with an arrow pointing up) in the menu bar
- Scroll down the list of options, then click “Add to Home Screen”
- If you don’t see “Add to Home Screen”, you can add it to your list of options. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, click “Edit Actions”, then click the green plus sign next to “Add to Home Screen”.
- Edit the name of the app shortcut
- Tap “Add” in the top right corner

- Open StFX.ca/MyCampus on Google Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top right corner to open Chrome’s settings menu
- Scroll down then click “Add to Home Screen” then “Create shortcut”
- Edit the name of the app shortcut
- Tap “Add”
Browser Shortcut
- Open a new tab in Google Chrome
- Click the + icon “Add Shortcut”
- In the URL field, enter StFX.ca/MyCampus
- Add a Name for your shortcut (MyCampus)
- Tap “Done”
