The EDGE (Engage, Develop, Grow Your Employability) Program is here to support students registered with the Tramble Centre as they navigate their current and future opportunities for work. Through intentional guidance and coaching, students can increase their self-awareness, career goal options, workplace connections, and employability.
Our goal is twofold: to deliver career-related programming and deliver our work experience program.
The Career Transition Coordinator develops relationships with employers to promote the program and its students via networking/workshops/meet-greets. Career-related services are offered to students virtually, in-person, and in group settings. Digital and print resources that align with accessibility standards are available to students.
Throughout my undergraduate degree, I had the incredible opportunity to be part of the transformative EDGE Program at St. Francis Xavier University, where I engaged in their work experience program for two enriching summers…
