Deadline for Domestic Student Applications for September 2025

All applications must be complete by the respective program deadlines to be assessed for admission. Completed applications include: transcripts, supporting documents, and application fee. Note: Deadline to apply for competitive programs (such as BSc Nursing) have passed. Only eligible programs will be available on the application.

Application for September 2026 open for admission

Submit your application for admission and residence. Conditional decisions will be based on your grade 11 marks.

Deadline to apply for admission to StFX to be eligible for Major Scholarship consideration.

Deadline to submit your scholarship application and all supporting documents.

• Final first semester transcripts due if you want to be considered for a scholarship - Deadline for transcripts to be received in the Admissions office - must be in office by 12 noon. 

Students with a minimum admission average of 85% are eligible for National Entrance Scholarships worth at least $5000 over four years of study.
 

Application deadline for Master of Applied Computer Science.

Note: applicants must have all documents submitted by this time, as well, to be considered.

Deadline to accept Scholarships.

Deadline for International Student Applications. Applications received after the May 30, 2026, deadline will be reviewed on a case by case basis according to visa processing times.

Application Deadline for Post-Baccalaureate Diplomas (Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Information Technology Management, Digital Marketing, and Business Studies).
