IT Services

IT Services is responsible for the university's technology infrastructure, from selecting and implementing new systems to ensuring their ongoing security, maintenance, and support. This includes computer, telephone, and audiovisual systems, as well as the networks that connect them.

IT Services leverages TeamDynamix, IT Service Management software, to accept and manage service requests and knowledge base articles. Reminder Student accounts are not permanent
Bi-annually the accounts of students with no upcoming or registration in the past 365 days are purged from the system.  We have begun contacting  those whose accounts will closing in the Aug 14th closure date.
