As a PhD candidate, Dr. Leung’s dissertation titled, “Wearing Different Hats: Micro Role Transitions in Two Contexts,” was about the challenges of making occupational role transitions. Her most recent work includes several case studies about the Canadian cannabis industry. In the summers, she regularly attends and presents at the Management and Organizational Behaviour Teaching Society and other conferences.
